Further Photos from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Disclosed by Democratic US Lawmakers

Property plans for Epstein's private tropical island featured within the released materials.

Additionally contained in this new image release is shown to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.

Jeffrey Epstein acquired a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

This visual evidence indicate he had drawn up development schemes to develop the 161-acre island by constructing homes, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.

Marked on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the territory, noted on the south-eastern section.

This development map is marked up in red pen markings and includes a legend labelling various parts of the land.

In addition to the main plan are what seem to be several other site drawings and engineering blueprints, including layouts for boat shelters.

Additional documentation disclosed as part of the ongoing investigative release.
